Loads of good things being created at Hafod at the moment. Back in stock is a new batch of Clywdian Black porter, which is tasting mighty fine even if we do say so ourselves.

Ready for sale next week (wc 12th March) is this years batch of our punchy session pale ale: Nine Hop Pale. You can see the milled  hops in the picture before they go into the boil.

           

Just ordered from the hop merchant today – a fresh batch of Hallertau Mittelfruh hops – which can mean only one thing – Hafod Pilsner! – brewing this week and then lagering in our icy cold tanks for the next 5 weeks. Should be ready for the heatwave we’ve ordered for May!
