HISTORY
A 2021 special brew. Inspired by continental brews, head brewer Phill has created a brand new bitter with a Belgian twist.
Bier is a full bodied bitter made using a complex malt bill of seven different grains including Pale, Amber, Special X, Caramel Munich, Medium Cara, Light Cara & Crystal malts.
Brewing with our favourite Belgian T-58 yeast we've added the classic spicy clove notes and clean, dry finish you associate with a Belgian style beer.
